All payments made to Laxex Technology are subject to this Refund Policy.
As most of our services are customized and begin immediately after confirmation, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
⚠️ By purchasing any service from Laxex Technology, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund terms.

Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered only if:
- The project has not yet been started by our team
- Laxex Technology is unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons solely attributable to us
- Duplicate or accidental payments have been made
- A billing error has occurred on our end
ℹ️ Refund approval is entirely at the discretion of Laxex Technology after reviewing the project status.

The following services are non-refundable once work has started:
Website Development
- Website design & custom development
- Landing pages & e-commerce websites
- CMS development & website redesign
Mobile Application Development
- Android & iOS application development
- Cross-platform & custom software development
Video Editing & Creative Services
- Video editing, motion graphics & promotional videos
- Revisions completed as requested
Branding & Design
- Logo design & brand identity
- Business cards, brochures & UI/UX design
Digital Marketing & Ad Management
- Meta Ads & Google Ads management
- SEO services & marketing consultation
Hosting & Domain Services
- Web hosting, VPS, cloud hosting & domain registration
- SSL certificates, email hosting & third-party subscriptions
⚠️ Hosting, domains, SSL, and third-party subscriptions cannot be refunded once purchased — these are immediately provisioned.

Project Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation before work begins with no penalty. If work has already commenced, Laxex Technology reserves the right to deduct charges based on:
- Project planning & consultation time
- Design and development work completed
- Resources allocated & third-party expenses incurred
ℹ️ Only the remaining unused amount, if any, may be refunded after deductions.

Milestone-Based Projects
- Completed milestones are fully non-refundable
- Payments for completed work cannot be reversed under any circumstances
- Future unpaid milestones may be cancelled by mutual written agreement

Client Delays
No refund will be issued if project delays occur due to the client's failure to:
- Provide required content, copy, or assets
- Share necessary credentials or access
- Approve designs or deliverables in a timely manner
- Respond to our communications within a reasonable time
- Complete pending payments as agreed

Change of Mind
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of business plans or direction
- Change of personal preference after project approval
- Choosing another service provider mid-project
- Dissatisfaction due to subjective design preferences after approved revisions

Advertisement Budget
Advertising budgets paid directly to Meta, Google, or any third-party advertising provider are not refundable by Laxex Technology. Only our professional service fee is governed by this policy.
⚠️ Always confirm your ad budget allocation before campaign launch.

Third-Party Services
Laxex Technology is not responsible for refunds related to:
- Domain registrars, hosting providers & payment gateways
- Advertising platforms (Meta, Google)
- API providers, software licenses, plugin & theme purchases
ℹ️ Such refunds are subject to the respective provider's own policies.

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds processed via the original payment method whenever possible
- Processing may take 7–15 business days depending on your bank
- Transaction fees, gateway charges, or taxes may be deducted from the refundable amount

Limitation of Liability
The maximum refund liability of Laxex Technology shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service in dispute. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or business losses.
